Michelle serves as the Director of Risk Management and Compliance, where she leads the organization’s compliance program and supports enterprise risk management initiatives. With more than seven years of experience in medical malpractice and complex healthcare matters, she brings expertise in legal analysis, liability management, and healthcare operations.

She holds a Master of Science in Health Law with a specialization in Healthcare Administration, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Patient Care Ethics. Her background in legal operations, hospital administration, and compliance leadership allows her to effectively bridge clinical, operational, and regulatory priorities.
