Laura Fernandez

Laura Fernandez oversees clinical coordination across multiple districts, supporting the VP of Clinical Operations, District Directors, Nurse Practitioners to maintain consistent standards of patient care in nursing home settings.

With more than 10 years of experience in the medical field, Laura brings deep expertise in skilled nursing facility (SNF) operations, having previously served as a Director of Nursing. In that role, she was responsible for the full scope of nursing services, managing the daily functions and clinical performance of all units within the facility.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Coast University and is passionate about clinical excellence, staff development, and improving patient outcomes in long-term care
